Manual lymphatic
drainage is a specific technique for draining
the liquid acumulated in the tissues and of the
lymph through the lymphatic vessels. It is a specific
action over the tissues of the deep layers of
the skin.
The effect is not only the drainage of the acumulated
liquids, but also a deep state of relaxation of
the nervous system as well as a natural activation
of the defence functions of the body.
Applications for esthetical
indications: acne,
cellulitis (fat accumulation, mainly in the legs),
and treatment of abnormal scars.
Medical indications: Linfedems
or lymphostatic oedemas (swelling of lymphatic
origin). Pregnancy oedemas. Oedemas of premenstrual
origin.
Phleboedemas (Oedemas originated in circulatory
deficiencies). Post operation and post traumatic
oedemas. Chronical bronchitis. Bronchial asma.
Constipation. Migraine. Trigeminal neuralgia.
